This spacious, beautifully decorated 1117 sq. ft open concept 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is in the heart of the Seacrest Beach community. The condo sleeps 8 people comfortably and is located on the top floor. An elevator at the entrance provides for easy access and transporting your belongings. The beach is an easy stroll to Seacrest’s private beach or hop on the complimentary shuttle service (runs seasonally).

The impressive Master Bedroom features a king bed, private balcony, large closet and a large bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and a double vanity.  The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and has access to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom boasts a twin day bed with a twin trundle.  The trundle bedroom shares the hall bath, which offers a shower/tub combination.  All bedrooms are furnished with new linens and bedding. Each bedroom offers a large flat screen TV.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal - stainless appliances, quartz countertops, island seating for 3 and a separate dining table that seats 6. Relax with your family and friends on a new large sofa in the main living area with a pullout sofa bed and a large flat screen tv.

Additionally, during your stay you will enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, internet access, beach access and complimentary seasonal tram service.

Just steps from your front door is a zero entry splash pad pool with fountains, a large heated community pool, hot tub, gas grills, great shopping, and access to a 17-mile bike path. At ground level of the condo, you’ll find a host of retail offerings, including bike rentals, ice cream shop, and Seacrest Sundries which offers groceries, breakfast, and lunch. There are also several nice restaurants and fun eateries to enjoy. At night, this area transforms into a wonderful place for families to gather, have dinner/drinks, and enjoy top-shelf seasonal entertainment… a great way to finish a day at the beach.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
