Ideally located directly across the street from The Big Chill in the Prominence North community, this 3BR/2.5BA luxury townhome affectionally known as "The Recovery Room" has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. Highlights include a spacious deck overlooking an expanse of trees. Neighborhood amenities include two community pools (the North pool is heated March, April, October and November).  Nature lovers will appreciate access to all the trails, parks, and lakes 30A has to offer.

LIVING AREA Unwind in the living area, complete with two sofas, four armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV. The open-plan layout allows for seamless conversation between the kitchen and dining areas.

KITCHEN & DINING The gourmet kitchen is complete with a full suite of upgraded Electrolux appliances. Helpful gadgets include a KitchenAid mixer, chef's knives, a commercial blender, and a Dutch oven. Plan your day while you enjoy your morning coffee at the large island. Serve meals at the dining table set for six.

BED & BATH This two-story townhouse sleeps up to nine guests in three upstairs bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. The main suite features a king bed, ample natural light, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle below. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is on the first floor off the dining area.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This corner-unit townhome faces a shared green space and a lovely wooded area and is conveniently located in close proximity to one of the community pools. Frolic on the green or take a stroll through the trees. Lounge on the deck while enjoying a crisp beverage and taking in the view of the greenery. Prominence features terrific amenities. We have two resort-style pools available year-round. The North pool is heated March, April, October and November. Relax at the pool, grill your local catch, and then dine at the outdoor pavilions with grills. 

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary use of four bikes, beach chairs/toys in the garage, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage). Street parking is prohibited.

Visit our beautiful white sandy beaches including Deer Lake State Park and explore the natural beauty of the area. Known for ecotourism and its coastal dune lakes, South Walton has so much to offer visiting guests. Continue exploring on bikes along the 30A bike path that stretches 17 miles meandering through the unique beach communities.

THE LOCATION Walk just 3 minutes to The Big Chill, a popular destination for restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment. Enjoy world-class live music, family-friendly movies, sporting events, and a large selection of dining options. The Scenic Highway 30A corridor is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. With 27 miles of bike trails, five state parks, and 15 coastal dune lakes, there is plenty to feed your appetite for adventure!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
