PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is east of us through the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not access directly out of the house. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the home to the sand. Note that the beach walkover does have stairs up and down over the dunes, so it is not handicap accessible. Like many areas along 30A, nearby properties may have ongoing construction. We appreciate your understanding, as we have no control over neighboring projects.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
