Welcome to ‘Front Porch Sitting’ a beautifully, newly renovated home located on a quiet family friendly street just a block to the beach access and the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast! ‘Front Porch Sitting’ will be sure to please with the large, relaxing front porch, expansive back deck, and private pool and spa. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and the recreational activities of Alys, Rosemary and Seacrest beaches.

 

‘Front Porch Sitting’ is perfect for families or friends equipped with two master bedroom and full bathrooms, and a fun bunk room all on the same level.  Out back, you can enjoy lounging and swimming in the private pool and spa. Both master bedrooms have king plush mattresses, while the bunk room has two twins and a full-size plush mattress, the living room also has a pull out queen mattress. ‘Front Porch Sitting’ is made for families with children from kid-sized table and chairs to fun beach toys, all kids will love staying and playing here!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
